Firstly, I dont believe 2012 we will have a big disaster like shown in the movie 2012. If yes, I hope that everyone would able to survive and overcome this disaster, not like in the movie, people who have 2billion US dollar only can survive!
From now to 2012, we still have 2 years time, maybe USM can really create the pondok that have shown us in the lecture. In these 2 year times, when I learn more about construction in USM, I can contribute something to the creation of pondok. If USM can successfully create this pondok, it will save a lot of human life.
Besides thinking what can we do to encounter the disaster 2012, we need to think about saving the earth now. That is doing EARTH CHARTER. The earth charter is a declaration of ethical principles for building a just, sustainable and peaceful global society in the 21st century.
